I bet on myself before anyone told me I could — now I help other people do the same.
I'm Leovany Enriquez — an entrepreneur, operator, and builder out of Miami. I came up bilingual and hungry, unwilling to wait for permission. The lesson that still runs everything I do is simple: nobody hands you a seat at the table — you build your own, then you pull up a chair for the next person.
I started in financial services with little more than conviction and a phone, and I built a team from the ground up. I learned how to sell, how to lead, and — the hard way — how to keep getting back up. Every business I run today was forged in those early reps.
Today I run FFC Lending — Fernandez Financial Capital — alongside my partner Juan Fernandez. We help business owners and investors unlock the capital to grow: commercial real estate and business financing, built around real strategy instead of just a rate. When a deal funds, somebody's dream gets built.
On the protection side, I lead a life-insurance team with Apex. I help families safeguard what matters most, and I help new agents build real, remote careers — with mentorship, leads, and a system that actually works. I walked away from a model that didn't fit me to build one that does, and now I hand that blueprint to anyone willing to work for it.
Through Broker Income — "Be The Broker" — I teach operators how to build a personal brand and earn like a broker: content, systems, and the mindset to bet on yourself. Real strategy, executed in public, in two languages.
And I don't just sell — I build. I've engineered my own AI tools to make my team sharper and my clients better served, because the future belongs to the operators who out-build everyone else.
The throughline of my whole career is simple: I win when the people around me win. Capital for the business owner. Protection for the family. A real path for the next hungry operator. I serve in English and in Spanish, because my community speaks both.
